Byliśmy odpowiedzialni m.in. za: oprawę medialną wydarzenia, w tym akredytację dziennikarzy i agencji fotograficznych, organizację konferencji prasowych z udziałem zagranicznych gości VIP (np. Roger Moore, Andie McDowell, Laura Dern, Daryl Hannah), tworzenie listy gości – kontakt z gwiazdami, proces zapraszania i potwierdzania obecności na gali, sitting i obsługę czerwonego dywanu pod transmisję telewizyjną.
